Terms of Use of our Images All the images supplied by us will be suitable for any type of printing process.   Images file sizes range between 1 Mb and 20 Mb.    If you are interested in using or purchase the right to use any of the images on the Spain-in-Photos web site simply browse the categories and libraries and make note of the unique FILE NAME shown under each image.    Then Contact Us with the following information: 1) File Name or reference number of the image/s you have chosen. 2) What the images will be used for. 3) The file type you wish to receive the image in ( JPG , TIFF. other ). 4) We will then contact you to confirm your order and payment instructions ( either bank transfer or PayPal is acceptable ) along with the total cost of your order. 5) On confirmation of payment the images will be available via our FTP client for download or prepared on a CD for postage. Terms Royalty Free We do offer some royalty free images and will allow in certain cases third party use. You must have our prior consent to use any images on the Spain-in-Photos web site. Please Contact Us should you wish to use any image and we shall confirm the royalty free status on a one to one basis. All images are digitally watermarked so please don't infringe copyright ! Single Use On buying our images you purchase the right to use images for a specific purpose with the price being relative to that purpose. You may not allow any third party to reproduce the image. You may not loan, hire or sell the image without our prior consent . All images must carry a suitable credit to www.spainguides.com Rights Protected You may purchase an image/images and specify the use. With the rights protected we guarantee that the same image/images will not/have not been published by your competitor(s) withinSIX MONTHS either side of your publication.
